Support for Health and Wellness.

There may be times when just staying positive can be a struggle. So, let’s talk about how you can organize, un-clutter, relax, revel in joy, and find gratitude! Coaching can give you a place and a way to think through issues that you now find difficult or frustrating. Finding solid resources can help you plan ahead and accomplish your goals!

Creative Practice for Stress and Resilience.

Creativity can release stress by placing you in the here and now! We rely on numerous studies that have shown that creating art can reduce your perceived level of stress. We use the practices of Mindful Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to center and increase your levels of well-being. MBSR is traditionally an 8-week intensive evidence-based program that helps people cope with anxiety, depression, and pain. MBSR is taught by trained professionals. The practices and ideas behind MBSR have been adapted by professionals who work in education, therapy, coaching, and yoga.
